The global warming movement has the structure of an old-time communist front. In that the communist idea of democratic-centralism is one in which: once the vote is taken…….. total obedience is expected all the way down the line. Expected AND OBTAINED. The very people who voted against the proposition now sign on with the force of total belief. As if the belief is given to them via the carving of it into stone by the hand of the Marx-God.
The thing is its not an act. They really do believe it seems. The consensus so-established is what TRUTH-IS!!!!!
This is why it may seem so odd to people who grew up with an interest in science and are (lets say) over 50 that now so much importance is given to consensus and peer review. Consensus and an over-emphasis on peer-review are anti-scientific concepts. But they are very much in accordance with Leninist democratic-centralism.
The oddness of this is lost on kids with a leftist familial or cultural heritage. Whether or not they themselves are committed marxists is neither here nor there. This crapola has been around long enough to exert a cultural influence. And in science it is like “The-Nothing” in that kids show “The Never-Ending Story”. In that the implicit habits of democratic-centralism….. watered-down or not…. are like a virus dissolving and transforming whats left of authentic scientific values.

So a consensus is formed. And all those who go against the consensus are heretics. But the lynching of heretics is a bit of a sideline to the power of democratic-centralism. Because bringing other leftists into line even seems to fall short of a leisurely mopping-up operation.
You see the left don’t have any solid epistemology to build truth upon. They have no papal encyclicals. No religious belief. No serious process for determining the truth…. they tell themselves they are scientific but they hate nothing more then the scientific method rightly conceived. They don’t have convergence-epistemology which is my atheistic way of going about things.
So the new consensus IS-TRUTH.
Its self-evidently truth for these people who have developed these flawed epistemological habits.
However clever leftists are not without intuition. And some of them have discovered how to game the inviolate system of truth-creation.

GAMING THE CONSENSUS TRUTH-CREATION SYSTEM.
This consensus-forming process has been going on so long that leftists know in their heart that the idea is to GAME-THE-SYSTEM.
Since the leftist consensus under democratic-centralism has THE FORCE OF REVEALED-TRUTH you can change the nature-of-the UNIVERSE-ITSELF by being the first to establish a consensus.
Neat trick huh?
These people are as unto Gods…. and if they get there first they can alter the way the universe is…….

……..This appears to be done using the Nathan-Bedford-Forrest military-technique of being “Fusstest with the Mostest”.
That-is-to-say…capturing the future-battlespace first, preferably the high-ground, and getting yourself DUG-IN.. with the most men-and-materiel.
An example of FUSSTEST-WITH-THE-MOSTEST universe-altering consensus-establishment….. occurred just after 9/11 when it was decided by central-lefty-fiat that Saddam was not involved with 9/11… that he in principle COULDN’T-HAVE-BEEN involved with 9/11 since he was a socialist….
Around this totally mindless proposition was built a few circles of filibuster-bullshitartistry. That he never used terrorism and so forth. All ludicrous lies.
All lies that have been told hundreds of times over and in which no retraction can ever be found to have been made.

Now bear in mind there is absolutely no evidence for the watts-per-square-metre paradigm. Its a stupid thesis and no evidence can be found FOR-IT in terms of it panning out in the actual world. It is basically a land/air/spectroscopy-only thesis as if it was developed by studying the light from a distant planet.
We can see this by the startling truth that Stoat is unable to come up with a scrap of evidence in support of it. And is forced into answering with one-liners alone.
Much in the same way that the communists instructed the Hollywood crowd to deny everything and to refuse to co-operate with the House enquiries.
One time Eli Rabbet told me that I only was allowed to ask 3 questions and that my quota was up. He was fond of saying that ‘ignorance was my problem’ but leftist reticence to cough up what they know is a problem for us all.
Notice that this is purely a leftist movement and no conservative scientist lives but that he is a skeptic. And he’s been duped into being a skeptic, rather then an outright denouncer, simply by being a bit naieve about the way these people work.
Because there is plenty of evidence. But all of it goes against this particular watts-per-square-metre paradigm.
DOUBLE AND TRIPLE-DUTY OF THE DEEPER WARMING.
Consider the idea if you wanted to build a multi-level basement. If you had sufficiently insulative walls…then central-heating just under the concrete, focused in the middle of the floor of the lowest basement ……
…….THEN THIS STRATEGICALLY-PLACED-WARMING would be doing double-and-triple-duty for the house entire.
But in winter having a heater in the top floor would do jack-shit for you when you went down in to your own personal dungeon to get away from your wife and daughters to shoot basketballs through a hoop, read in your hammock and muck about with your old clapped out motors and things…… you would be fucking freezing.
Thats a total refutation of this leftist-front paradigm right-there. And that there remains no empirical evidence for this stupid paradigm is just icing on the cake.
